If you need a getaway from Denver but are not really a camper, hiker or looking to drive hours away from the city this is the perfect little girls trip! It just a short 1 hour drive to BlackHawk. Blackhawk is cute town that is both a quite mountain town and a busy casino!

– Coffee at Lavender Coffee Boutique
Our morning kicked off with some coffee and a little bite on pearl street. Lavender is a cozy, chic café that offers several coffee options. They also sell skincare products, like lotion, facemasks, soap etc. We just popped in but they do have a small seating area which several people were clearly working remote at.

– Clean Your Dirty Face
There’s nothing like starting the day with a little self-care! located right next door to Lavendar is Clean Your Dirty Face. I have been here several times even had a membership at one point. They offer 30 to 60 min facials. you can get add on service, buy their products or just enjoy a facial. We got a 30 min facial and it was so relaxing the ice queen that massage your face are amazing. The girlies know the vibes!
Checking into the Hotel
This hotel is amazing it was like stepping into Las Vegas. It was fancy yet you took when step out of the casino and it was back to mountain town. We enjoyed the three TVs, luxury tub and the most comfortable bed ever. But the fun doesn’t stop there – Monarch is stylish and comfortable hotel, perfect for resting after a day of gaming or exploring the surrounding mountain scenery. Relax in the pools while getting drinks or food. Or you can hit up the spa for some true R&R!

I was so surprised at how cute this little mountain town was. But the fancy casino and restaurant surprised me even more! whether you’re in the mood to try your luck or simply enjoy some great amenities. With a variety of gaming options, from classic table games to modern slots, to even some electrical games they have something for everyone in your group.
Plus, the casino’s inviting ambiance makes it easy to relax and enjoy each other’s company, whether you’re strategizing for the next round or just chatting over cocktails.
– The Monarch Bistro
After our full R&R session we went and got some great food at the Monarch Bistro. If we are being honest no girls trip is complete without indulging in delicious food. Here we order tons of appetizers and some drinks which are all half off on Wednesday! This restaurant has casual but classic atmosphere.

– Hit up a Hot Springs
I swear going into a hot spring for an hour I feel like every bad chemical has left my body. you can find a variety of hot springs throughout colorado
after the hot springs we headed back to Denver as we were so tired from the hot springs and adventures
